No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
However, the Office of Rural Community Affairs states the following.
"Based on the definition of the 'Texas-Mexico border region,' five of the current recipients would not be eligible to participate in the Border Health Corps, potentially impacting the communities in which those recipients intend to serve."
