No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill requires each state agency to make each of its forms available on its website. The bill requires state occupational licensing agencies to develop, in cooperation with the TexasOnline Authority, a link through TexasOnline that provides streamlined access to each occupational license listed on TexasOnline. The bill prohibits the TexasOnline Authority from charging a fee to implement this service.
