SB211 by Lindsay (Relating to the eligibility of certain officers to serve as election judges or clerks.), As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends the Election Code to provide eligibility of certain officers to serve as election judges or clerks.  The bill would take effect on the date on which the constitutional amendment proposed by the 79th Legislature, Regular Session, 2005, to allow an officer of a municipal utility district to simultaneously serve as an election judge takes effect.  If the amendment is not approved by the voters, the bill has no effect.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
