No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would authorize students to possess and self-administer anaphylaxis medication while on school property or at a school-related event.

Local Government Impact

School districts would be required to allow affected students possess and self-administer anaphylaxis medication; however, no significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
