No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. Because Communities in Schools is funded by the Foundation School Program in a set-aside, the bill would have no net state cost.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. School districts would see a small decrease to their compensatory education allotments. The decrease is not significant on a statewide basis.
