No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would allow certain home-rule municipalities to keep private the name of an applicant for the position of city manager until the 21st day before the date of the meeting at which a final action or vote is to be taken on the filling of the position. The bill would take effect September 1, 2005.
