SB320 by Wentworth (Relating to admission to certain public institutions of higher education.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill repeals the statutory requirement requiring general academic institutions to admit applicant's that graduated in the top 10 percent of the student's high school graduating class. The institutions would be able to absorb changes to application and recruitment materials and on-line admission support programs within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
