SB330 by Deuell (Relating to the creation of a stroke committee and the development of a statewide stroke emergency transport plan. ), Conference Committee Report

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill relates to the creation of a stroke committee and the development of a statewide stroke emergency transport plan.
 
The bill would require the appointment of a stroke committee no later than January 1, 2006 to assist in the development of a statewide stroke emergency transport plan. The bill describes what would be included in the plan.  According to the Department of State Health Services, existing staff would provide support for the Stroke Committee and development of the plan. 

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
