No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Occupations Code related to disciplinary proceedings and contested cases involving real estate appraisers and appraiser trainees.  Based on the analysis of the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

This bill would take effect September 1, 2005.
