No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to change the list of agencies and individuals subject to the rules regarding the exchange of information related to certain offenders with special needs. The bill would take effect immediately if receiving a two-thirds vote of each house, or September 1, 2005. No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
