No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill adds hard structures such as seawalls or revetments and the removal and relocation of structures from public beaches to mitigate coastal erosion to the list of coastal erosion studies and projects undertaken by the General Land Office. The agency anticipates being able to absorb any costs associated with this bill within existing resources.
