No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Passage of the bill would not have fiscal impact on the state. Tuition revenue, along with ad valorem tax collections, is considered a part of the local contribution of community colleges and will not affect General Revenue Appropriations.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
