No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would add a new section to Chapter 25 of the Tax Code to provide that information in appraisal records regarding certain residential property may not be posted on the Internet.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
