No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would authorize that for a petition to propose creation of an emergency services district, the petition would meet the requirements of listing the proposed district's boundaries if it contains a statement that the boundaries are coextensive with the boundaries of another political subdivision as those boundaries exist on a particular date.
