No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to authorize installment payment schedules for an administrative penalty assessed under Water Code, Section 7.058, after an evidentiary hearing. No significant cost or revenue implications to the state are anticipated as a result of the bill's passage.
