No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill provides that a grant from the Texas Enterprise Fund may not be made to a recipient unless the recipient commits to providing a health benefit plan to the recipient's employees.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
