No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would reduce the number of members on the Soil and Water Conservation Board from seven to five, all of whom would be elected from soil and water conservation districts. The bill is not expected to affect board or agency operations, since there has never been more than five members on the board.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
