No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill relates to the long-range plan for the South Texas Health Care System and the provision of tuberculosis and other health care services in the Lower Rio Grande Valley.  The Department of State Health Services indicates that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed within the agency's existing resources.
