No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill prohibits the TexasOnline Authority from using more than 50 percent of the state's share of revenue generated by TexasOnline to develop Internet portals providing information regarding education, business, and state employees. The bill directs the use of revenue, therefore no significant fiscal impact to the state is anticipated.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
