No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would authorize peace officers commissioned under the education code or by a metropolitan rapid transit authority or regional transportation authority to serve as police escorts for facilitating the movement of a funeral, oversized or hazardous load, or other traffic disruption.
