No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would authorize a county attorney to sue in a court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin or abate a violation by a property owners' association or by a property owner of Chapter 203, Property Code and recover from the association or the owner $250 for each violation by either.
