No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would establish certain procedures for filing documents and service of process. The majority of the procedures would apply to the person filing the documents and conducting service of process, although there would be some administrative duties that would affect a court clerk. The bill would take effect September 1, 2005.
