SB903 by Whitmire (Relating to certain persons that are special investigators.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure relating to persons with law enforcement authority under the United States Department of Homeland Security. The Act would take effect immediately upon a vote of two-thirds of each house. If the Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, the Act would take effect September 1, 2005.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
