SB1032 by Ellis (Relating to the elimination of certain alternative fuels programs of this state.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would repeal certain Subchapters of Chapter 382, Health and Safety Code, and of Chapters 451; 452; 453; and 457, Transportation Code, related to the alternative fuel use program.

Based on the analysis of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, any duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.

The bill would take effect on September 1, 2005.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
