No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would authorize the provision of behavioral health care in school-based health centers and would provide behavioral health representation on the corresponding advisory council. 
 
The bill would take effect immediately upon enactment with the necessary voting majorities or September 1, 2005.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
