IN RE:
SB1211 by Deuell (Relating to providing information about Respiratory Syncytial Virus under certain continuing education programs. ), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require the Department of State Health Services to include information regarding respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) prevention and immunization as a part of education programs under Health and Safety Code Sections 161.0095 and 161.010. The agency anticipates that existing staff and resources would absorb the costs of incorporating information on RSV into existing materials.
Local Government Impact
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
