No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Under the bill the Higher Education Coordinating Board and the Legislative Budget Board jointly will study each reporting requirement imposed on a institution of higher education to determine if any of those requirements are duplicative, ineffecient, or unnecessary. Implementing provisions of the bill would be absorbed within current resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
