IN RE:	SB1275 by Jackson, Mike (Relating to the issuance of certain court orders to protect victims of family violence.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require courts (when certain situations arise) to inform persons of their right to obtain a protective order.  The bill would also specify the duration of orders for emergency protection.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
