SB1410 by Lucio (Relating to the appointment of attorneys ad litem.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require a local administrative judge to maintain a list of all attorneys qualified to serve as an attorney ad litem.  Additionally, the bill would generally require a court to appoint attorneys as attorneys ad litem from the list in a specified order.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
