No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Government Code and provide that any lease of a state-owned parking garage must provide that a state employee would be allowed to park in a state owned parking garage free of charge.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
