No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill provides for an alternative automatic admissions procedure for the top ten percent rule. The University of Texas System indicates that implementation of the bill would result in programming changes and application modifications at The University of Texas at Austin. These changes could be absorbed using existing resources. 

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
