No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would authorize the modification of a standard possession order if the conservator or other person entitled to possession of or access to the child has failed to pay child support for more than 12 consecutive months.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
