No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill abolishes the Agriculture Resources Protection Authority.  The Department of Agriculture anticipates minimal savings associated with the elimination of this authority.   

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
