SB1692 by Duncan (Relating to storage of wine by the holder of a winery permit.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code to allow a winery permit holder to obtain a storage permit for a location inside or outside the county in which the permit holder's business is located.

 

The bill would take effect September 1, 2005.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
