No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow a person who submits an application for certain permits to modify an existing facility to begin construction after the application is submitted and before the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has issued the permit. No significant fiscal implications to the TCEQ are expected.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
