SB1845 by Deuell (Relating to audit practices of pharmacy benefit plans.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Insurance Code as it relates to the audit practices of pharmacy benefit plans.  Based on the analysis of the Department of Insurance, the duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

This bill would take effect September 1, 2005.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
