No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Under the bill, an institution of higher education could not take into consideration whether a person is eligible for an exemption under Section 54.203 of the Education Code when deciding to admit the person to a program.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
