HB1617 by Nixon (Relating to the supplemental compensation of district judges and justices of the courts of appeals.), As Introduced

 

The proposal would remove the cap on salary supplementation by counties for judges of district courts and courts of appeals.

 

The bill, if enacted, will have no significant actuarial effect because it does not propose to change the funding or obligations of any public retirement system.
