HB2825 by Chavez (Relating to the provision of state death benefits to certain federal law enforcement officers and special agents who assist state and local law enforcement agencies in this state.), As Introduced

HB 2825 would provide state death benefits for federal law enforcement officers who are performing duties in the state to assist a state or local law enforcement agency. The bill, if enacted, will have no actuarial effect because it does not propose to change the funding or obligations of any public retirement system.
