HB3550 by Bailey (Relating to the powers and duties of the Aldine Improvement District; providing authority to impose a tax and issue bonds.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted

The Legislative Budget Board in cooperation with the Water Development Board (TWDB)  and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has determined that there would be no fiscal impact on state water-development policy to either TWDB or TCEQ as a result of HB3550.
