IN RE:
SB450 by Wentworth (Relating to the confidentiality of certain personal information regarding the employees of a prosecutor's office.), As Introduced

As a result of this bill there will be a restriction upon:

(1) the open records law; and
(2) the access to government information.


Section 552.175 of the Government Code excepts personal information of certain types of employees from public availability.  The bill would add employees of a criminal prosecutor's office to this list of exceptions and would take effect September 1, 2005.
