The Legislative Budget Board, in cooperation with the Water Development Board (TWDB) and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), has determined that there would be no impact on state water-development policy or state water plan objectives as a result of passage and implementation of the provisions of SB 1353.
