         Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a public hearing and  
         was called to order by the chair, Representative Hardcastle, at  
         8:10 a.m.

         A quorum was present. 
          
         The Committee heard invited testimony from the following agency:

         The chair laid out HB 373. 
         The chair recognized Representative Swinford to explain the  
         measure.  
         Representative Anderson offered a complete committee substitute.

         measure.  
         The committee substitute was adopted without objection. 
         The bill as substituted was left pending without objection.

         measure.
