Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 4, 2005,
the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a formal
meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative
Hardcastle, at 11:59 a.m.

Representative Brown, Betty moved that SB 1091, without
amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the
recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion
prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays: Representative Burnam (1).

be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the
