SB 1605 The chair laid out SB 1605 and recognized Representative Chisum to explain the measure. The chair offered a complete committee substitute for Senate Bill 1605 and recognized Representative Chisum to explain the substitute. (Representative Hamric now present.) Representative Chisum moved that the committee substitute for Senate Bill 1605 be adopted. The committee substitute was adopted without objection. Representative Pitts moved that SB 1605, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.
