         Health & Human Services met in a formal meeting and was called  
         to order by the chair, Representative Davis, John, at 8:44 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                    Isett; Truitt (6). 
          
         Absent:    None (0). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         At 11:25 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was recessed until 11:30 a.m. 
          
         The committee reconvened at 11:34 a.m. and was called to order  
         by the chair, Representative Davis, John. The roll was answered  
         as follows:

                    Truitt (5). 
          
         Absent:    Representative Dukes (1). 
          
         A quorum was present.
