         26, 2006, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Health &  
         Human Services, met in a public hearing on Interim Charge #1  
         related to Correctional Managed Care.  The hearing was called to  
         order by the chair, Representative Davis, John, at 10:12 a.m.

         Justice, met in a public hearing on Interim Charge #1 related to  
         Correctional Managed Care.  The hearing was called to order by  
         the chair, Representative Turner, at 10:12 a.m.

         Absent:   Representative Hope (1). 
          
         A quorum was present.
