Pursuant to a notice posted on September 7, 2006, the House Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Health and Human Services, met in a public hearing to discuss Interim Charges #6, Service Coordination and Case Management, and #12, Medicaid Cost Containment.  The Subcommittee was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, John, at 10:07 a.m.
