CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 4, 2005, the House Committee on Business & Industry
authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the
House Committee on Business & Industry held on March 15, 2005.
The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 10, 2005, the House
Committee on Business & Industry met in a public hearing and was
called to order by the chair, Representative Giddings, at 2:10
p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Giddings; Martinez; Bohac; Solomons;
Vo; Zedler (6).
Absent: Representatives Elkins; Bailey; Taylor (3).
A quorum was present.
