         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 4,  
         2005, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a formal  
         meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative  
         Giddings, at 1:00 p.m.

         The chair moved to reconsider the vote by which the committee  
         reported HB 1578, without amendment, to the full house.  The  
         motion prevailed without objection.
